His practice has included owning and operating one of the largest title companies in Maryland and creating the first out-sourcing company for the title industry. Mark has successfully defending lenders and realtors in matters of regulatory compliance, contracts, appeals, and general business law.

Mark reges is member of the bar in the state of Maryland, Washington DC, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Mark is also the owner of the prestigious Old Angler Inn in Potomac, MD.
